研究方向:
包括水产动物种群基因组学、分子生态学及保护生物学研究。科研工作聚焦我国以及西北太平洋重要洄游鱼类、原生鱼类及生态关键种,借助基因组从头测序、重测序及转录组测序等技术手段,联合比较基因组学、种群基因组学及种群遗传学等分析方法解析不同水系及海域水产动物精细尺度下的种群遗传结构,评估其种群连通性水平;探究大尺度选择压力下栖息地环境异质性对水产动物的影响,揭示其本地适应性产生的分子机制;通过比较和建立不同地理群体的分化先后顺序及种群历史动态,反演并评估其迁移、扩散方向。以期加深对我国重要水产动物分布、扩散及演化规律的理解认识,亦为渔业生物多样性的有效保护及管理提供科学依据。
科研成果:
目前已在Frontiers in Marine Science、Fisheries Research、Molecular Ecology Resources等SCI期刊发表论文12篇,其中以第一作者发表6篇。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目。参编中国资源生物研究系列专著一部。
