共发表SCI论文17篇,中文核心期刊论文2篇,其中2篇在国际Top期刊Nature Microbiology上,1篇在国际Top期刊Nature Communications上。近5年来的研究工作主要集中在DMSP的生物合成与分解和仿刺参肠道微生态两个方面。参与国家自然科学基金重大研究计划重点支持项目1项、面上项目1项、青年基金1项;国家重点研发计划重点专项1项。参与出版著作《海洋微生物学》(第二版)。
