宋晓军,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。 主要从事比较免疫学和水产动物病害防控相关研究。系统阐述了动物TLR信号通路的起源与演化机制;完成了青岛文昌鱼基因组的组装与注释,揭示文昌鱼含有独特结构域的C型凝集素受体激活NF-κB通路参与先天免疫应答的机制;目前,在国内外相关杂志发表SCI收录论文30余篇。主持或参与国家级和省部级科研项目10余项。担任Genes期刊客座编辑和一些本领域主流学术期刊审稿人。教学方面,主编或副主编教材2部,主持教研项目2项,发表教研论文4篇。获山东省科技进步二等奖1项(第7位),省级教学成果奖二等奖1项(第4位)。多次获评校级优秀学士论文指导教师、省级和国家级大学生创新创业项目指导教师等荣誉称号。
