科研成果:
现为中国水产学会海水养殖学分会理事、中国农村专业技术协会第五届理事会海水养殖专业委员会委员、潍坊市虾蟹良种产业技术创新战略联盟副主任委员、山东省和青岛市科技特派员、山东省科技扶贫专家服务团专家和山东省省直第2轮第一书记团水产顾问专家。主持国家自然科学基金等项目,在虾蟹等水生动物的养殖模式研发、养殖生态、苗种繁育和遗传育种等方面做了大量工作。首次提出并探讨了凡纳滨对虾分级养殖模式;首次较为系统的分析了凡纳滨对虾耐高盐的理化及分子机制,并规范了凡纳滨对虾虾苗盐化标粗技术;较早探讨了日本囊对虾室内分层养殖技术,以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文70余篇,授权专利10余项,出版专著1部,转化科技成果1项,荣获山东省科学技术进步奖一等奖等奖励4项。
2013年起被聘为山东省虾蟹现代产业技术体系岗位科学家。
